Refurbishment and remodelling works of the East Wing, Institute of Technology, at Reading College.
Works included the refurbishment of six existing teaching rooms (Third Floor of the East Wing) to create a more modern, quality Higher Education IT teaching space. The new hub will specialise in delivering technical and digital education, focusing on the specific skills required in the local area.

- Non-notifiable asbestos removal
- Load bearing and non-load bearing demolition
- Installation of new mechanical and electrical services, including a state-of-the-art A/V system
- Creation of new roof penetrations
- Installation of new specialist ceiling systems, doors, screens, partitions and non-load bearing walls
- Full decoration throughout
- 100% of sub-contractors used were SMEs
- 6 sub-contractors used were within a 30-mile radius of the site
