Our Commitments

Social Value

Going beyond profit and creating real value and opportunity, by supporting the communities in which we operate and making a difference through our construction work.

Our Impact

We are committed to providing social value through our understanding and implementation of the key themes identified in PPN06/21 and Social Value best practice.

Social Value plays a vital part in construction and we recognise that every project offers a valuable opportunity to provide added benefits to the community, planet and ourselves.

As an SME, we aim to make a positive contribution to the local economy in which we work and are ambitious about the social, economic and environmental opportunities that we create. We collaborate with our clients, employees and Supply Chain partners to create meaningful partnerships, investing our knowledge and skills and giving back to the local community to make a positive impact.

How we Thrive

To accurately demonstrate and evidence the impact we create across all of our projects, we use the THRIVE Social Value Tool, not only to comply with legislation but to be ambitious and promote the positive impact that we create.

THRIVE is a flexible and intuitive software solution which enables us to capture, manage and demonstrate our, and our supply chain's, social value and corporate responsibility activities. The portal allows us to provide real-time metric tracking and social value calculations, thus monetising the social value benefits given back to the area over the project life-cycle.
