Our health and safety culture is focused on applying best practice and is embedded in everything we do. This culture is underpinned by a comprehensive safety programme focused on accountability, training, inspection and continuous improvement.

Our aim is a working environment which is safe and risk free. Information is widely and openly shared, in a culture of effective communication and embedding a strong, visible safety culture.

We are fully responsible for the health and safety of everyone working on our projects, and encourage each and every employee to be dedicated to this commitment. With a consistent approach and ongoing drive to deliver safety initiatives, empowering everyone to recognise and challenge the actions of others, we evolve our health and safety culture.

Our HSQE Director is responsible for developing and improving the effectiveness of our Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems. He takes ownership of all H&S matters ensuring that we are fully discharging our legal duties as stipulated by relevant statutory instruments, codes of practice, specific legislation and company guidance.

Alongside our external consultants, The Building Safety Group, we monitor and review performance through site inspections and internal audits.
