With heritage dating back to 1909, T&B are a privately owned £50m turnover main building contracting SME providing high quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out works for a wide range of clients across London and the surrounding Home Counties.
About Us
The company is a direct descendant of Tacchi & Burgess, a building contracting business founded in St Albans in 1909, which undertook a diverse type and value of work, both locally and in London.
In 1982 the business was incorporated as T&B (Contractors) Ltd, and over the years, the company developed in size and stature to become a financially secure and well-established £50m turnover construction business.
Delivered through our General Contracting, Interiors & Minor Project teams, we typically focus on projects ranging up to £10m in value within the retail, education, university, healthcare, commercial, leisure and residential sectors.
We are a trusted construction partner for some of the UK’s leading public and private businesses and organisations and have successfully delivered a wide range of design & build, traditionally procured schemes for our clients.
